**Shipping Services:**
Our primary service is facilitating international shipping through DHL. As such, our refund policy addresses issues related to our service and does not cover issues directly caused by DHL, such as delays, damage, or loss (though we will assist you in filing a claim with DHL in such cases).
**Refund Eligibility:**
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
* **Service Failure:**
If we fail to process your shipment correctly due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect documentation, failure to transmit information to DHL), you MAY be eligible for a full or partial refund.
* **Cancellation:**
If you cancel your shipment *before* the shipping documents are generated and transmitted to you, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, once documents have been prepared and sent to you, a cancellation fee of $20.00 USD will apply to cover the administrative work involved.
* **Overcharges:**
If you are charged more than the quoted price due to an error on our part, we will refund the difference. **Refund Exclusions:** Refunds will *not* be issued in the following situations:
* **DHL-Related Issues:**
We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or other issues caused by DHL during transit. You must file a claim directly with DHL for such matters, and we will assist you with that process.
* **Incorrect Information:**
If you provide incorrect or incomplete information that leads to delays, extra charges, or non-delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check all information before submitting it.
* **Change of Mind:**
Once shipping documents have been generated and sent to you, refunds are generally not issued for a simple change of mind.
* **Refusal of Delivery:**
If the recipient refuses delivery of the package, a refund will not be issued.
* **Customs Seizure:**
We are not responsible for packages seized by customs authorities. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contents of your package comply with all applicable customs regulations.
