***Important Update*** There are some updates to the shipping process. Now, you will no longer be asked to provide your payment information. After you have completed the "Process My Shipment Form" and submitted it, your shipping documents will still be processed but you will now receive an invoice in your email that will need to be paid prior to your shipping documents being email back to you.
**Important** Refund requests will be honored after the invoices have been paid and prior to the shipping documents being emailed out. After the shipping documents are emailed out, all sales are Final.

Due to these and other restrictions we may have more difficulty successfully clearing your packages through customs and being delivered.
These changes affect how MMS processes the Customs forms and what these countries will and won’t accept the forms to be completed. These countries now require much more detailed descriptions of all the items in the package.

South Africa,
New Zealand,
The U.K.
and Mexico
There are a couple destinations that have very specific documentary processing requirements. We have to follow these requirements to a tee or it will result in very long delay times and could even be denied entry into the country. These destinations are:
Ecuador
Jamaica
There are a handful of countries around the world that we just can not currently ship to. The reasons vary from political bias against the United States, to the countries import regulations don’t allow private carriers to send care package type shipments directly to an individual. Here are those currently on this list:
Argentina
Bolivia
Brazil
Costa Rica
El Salvador
Nicaragua
Peru
Russia
Croatia
Sorry for the inconvenience, you can check with your local post office for these destinations.
You don’t need to do anything different when asking for rate requests or filling out the “Process My Shipment Form” right now, more instructions will be given when you receive the shipping documents back from us.
